Fàilte - A very warm welcome to our island jewellery business, Aosdàna. Our name comes from an old Gaelic word, aos-dàna, a collective term for the bards of old who recorded the stories and genealogies of the land, through poetry and music. It is the perfect name for a creative business inspired by the incredible artistic heritage of Iona, held for future generations, whilst also showcasing a contemporary collective of jewellery designers from around the UK.
