Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from Aosdàna. Please inspect your jewellery as soon as it arrives and contact us promptly if you believe it to be faulty or if your order has been received in error.

Returning your purchase

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are returned unworn, in their original condition and with all original packaging.

Where available, customers may request a return or cancellation directly through their customer account. Alternatively, please contact us using the details below before returning your jewellery so we can assist with the process.

Once your return has been received and inspected, any refund due will be processed using the original payment method.

Items that cannot be returned

As many of our pieces are individually made, some items are exempt from our standard returns policy.

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

• Personalised jewellery
• Bespoke commissions
• Made-to-order jewellery produced to your specific requirements
• Rings made to a size supplied by you or another jeweller
• Earrings, for hygiene reasons

Christmas returns

For purchases made during the Christmas period, we are pleased to extend our returns period. Notification of any return should be received by 14 January.

Return postage

Where goods are returned because you have changed your mind, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

If an item is found to be faulty or has been supplied incorrectly, please contact us before returning it so we can advise on the appropriate next steps.

Customers within the European Union

If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you may have additional statutory consumer rights, including the right to withdraw from certain purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.

Where applicable, eligible withdrawal requests may be submitted through your customer account or by contacting us using the details below.

Please note that statutory exceptions apply, including personalised, bespoke and made-to-order items produced to your specifications, together with other exempt products permitted under applicable consumer legislation.

Nothing within this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
